Worship
How we worship

Worship takes place in our Sanctuary at 10:50 am each Sunday morning. It is a celebratory liturgical worship experience. We begin with welcomes and announcements, congregational singing, sharing of joys and concerns, prayer, and a special children's time called "Small Talk".
Children are invited to their own Children's Church after Small Talk, but are welcome to stay with parents in the Sanctuary for our scripture lesson and sermon. Worship is a family experience here at Medina First United Methodist and we encourage a family friendly experience in all worship environments.
Our Chancel Choir performs anthems and leads a blend of traditional and contemporary hymns throughout the service. Soloists and instrumentalists are always a treat.
We celebrate the Lord's Supper and experience God's grace through communion the first Sunday of each month. As Methodist, we recognize this is the Lord's Table, not ours. Communion is open to all who accept Christ and participation is available to all ages.
