Text Box: Each year, on Super Bowl Sunday, our Outreach Committee teams up with the Student Ministry to sponsor the SOUPER BOWL OF CARING. The youth team up with other youth throughout the United States to collect canned goods and money to fight hunger. This year our students collected 280 food items and $373.31 which they donated to our Outreach Committee’s new Food Pantry. Thanks to the Student Ministry of our church the food pantry is off to a great start with more than 700 items on the shelves. The members help in different ways from serving in the soup lines, stocking their food pantry, purchasing toiletry items, or making monetary donations. R I F A
