Touching Lives For Christ

Homebound Communion

On the first Sunday of each month we carry communion to those in our church family that are shut-ins, hospitalized, or in the nursing home. We take the time to visit and pray with them after they have received the body and blood of Christ. For more information contact the church office at 783-3230.

Praise Service

The Praise Service meets at 6pm on Wednesday nights in the Sanctuary.  It is a Multigenerational and thematic worship service that expresses faith experience through drama, dance, poetry, music, prayer, and sharing.

The praise team leads the music which is generally praise or contemporary/ soft Christian rock. Soloists and instrumentalists are frequent events.

Traditional Service

The traditional Service meets in the Sanctuary at 10:50 am on Sunday mornings. It is a  celebratory United Methodist liturgical worship experience. Though the service is traditional, the music styles are blended and vary from old time gospel, traditional, and contemporary. The Chancel Choir performs anthems and leads traditional and contemporary hymns throughout the service. Soloists and instrumentalists are always a treat. There is a time designated for the children to come forward for a short children’s sermon.  Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month.
